About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic admission counsellor who will guide prospective Parents through the admission process by providing accurate information on academic programs, eligibility & institutional policies. The role focuses on parent counselling, application support & enrollment coordination to help achieve institutional goals.
Responsibilities
- Student Admissions and Administration: Counsel prospective parents on admission requirements, fees & ensure end-to-end execution of the admission process in accordance with school policies and standards. This includes lead management and maintenance of ERPs.
- Lead Management: Respond to enquiries via phone, email & walk-ins & digital platforms. Conduct school tours. Facilitate effective outreach and communication with prospective parents via varied media.
- Event Management: To plan and organize activities to increase enrolments, brand enhancement, and promotional events.
- Data Management and Report Writing: Maintain all relevant data of students enrolment on students data management system and files. To analyse and share reports with the Stakeholders at regular intervals. Maintain student data as per the set guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 5 years of experience in the Education or Hospitality Sector.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient using Microsoft suite, Google sheet & docs & CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Education or Hospitality Sector.
