About the Role

International School of Financial Trading by Derivion is looking for a confident and articulate Educational Counsellor (Inside Sales) who can communicate fluently in English and guide aspiring finance professionals toward the right learning path.

Our leads are warm and inquiry-based students and working professionals who are genuinely interested in building a career in finance and trading. Your role will be to understand their goals, explain our programs clearly and professionally, and help them take the right enrollment decision.

This is a target-driven role ideal for someone who is persuasive, confident on calls, and comfortable handling conversations with educated working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and professionals via calls and follow-ups
• Understand their academic/professional background and career aspirations
• Clearly and confidently explain our finance & trading programs
• Handle objections related to fees, course structure, and career outcomes
• Maintain structured follow-ups and nurture leads
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Update CRM regularly and track lead status diligently

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales / Admission Counselling / EdTech Sales
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Confident, polished, and professional phone presence
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of finance is a plus (training will be provided)
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
