Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedFemale Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through our educational programs, ensuring a seamless admission experience while maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to meet targets, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Company Services:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the services, programs, and offerings provided by the company.
- Stay updated on any new courses, initiatives, or policies to effectively communicate with clients.
Client Interaction and Counseling:
- Contact both new and existing clients to provide detailed information about our programs.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and address any queries or concerns.
- Use a professional and empathetic approach to build trust and credibility with clients.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate and comprehensive information.
- Track communication history and follow up as needed to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
Sales and Conversion:
- Utilize a prepared sales script to handle inquiries and guide clients toward enrollment efficiently.
- Conduct voice-based counseling sessions with students, converting inquiries into admissions.
- Meet individual and team targets to support the companys growth objectives.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide personalized support to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a client-first approach.
Team Collaboration and Target Achievement:
- Work closely with a team of 56 members to achieve collective targets.
- Support colleagues and participate in team activities to enhance overall departmental performance.
Compliance and Professionalism:
- Follow all company rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle client information responsibly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism in client interactions.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools will be beneficial.
