This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor role located in Noida. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about academic programs, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key responsibilities include advising students on suitable programs, following up with leads through calls or emails, and supporting candidates through documentation and enrollment procedures.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and a customer-centric approach
• Sales skills with the ability to persuade and guide potential students effectively
• Background in Education or training-related roles preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
