As we continue to scale, we are expanding our counselling and sales team to drive enrollments and support learners in making informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and counsel prospective learners about IIM SKILLS programs
• Understand candidate profiles, career goals, and learning requirements
• Recommend suitable courses and guide candidates through the admission process
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain timely follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM
• Achieve assigned individual admission and revenue targets

Eligibility & Skills

• Candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
• Prior experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or EdTech is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, result-oriented, and motivated to earn incentives
• Experience in education or training institutes is an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: 4.5 LPA Fixed + Attractive Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)
