This full-time, on-site position in Mumbai is for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students and their families throughout the university application and admission process. Responsibilities include counseling students about suitable courses and institutions, addressing inquiries, assisting with application procedures, and following up for admissions. Additionally, the role involves liaising with universities and institutions for smooth coordination and offering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience.

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication for effective engagement with students and parents.
• Customer Service skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the counseling process.
• Sales skills to promote relevant educational programs and institutions.
• Understanding and knowledge of the Education sector to guide students effectively.
• Proficiency in building trust and maintaining relationships.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is a plus.
• Relevant experience in counseling, sales, or education consulting is advantageous.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field, with an emphasis on communication or counseling-related areas preferred.
