The role involves addressing queries from parents, maintaining student admission records, and collaborating with the academic and administrative teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Kokapet, Hyderabad. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all potential students and parents.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with parents and students
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to address inquiries and promote admissions
• Experience or knowledge in Education, particularly in CBSE or global pedagogical methods, is highly valued
