Job Description
- Join Aimlay as an Admission Counsellor EdTech Sales
- CTC : Up to 4.5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives & Benefits for Domestic Counsellor
- And Upto 6 LPA + Uncapped Incentives & Benefits for International Counsellor
- Location : D Mall, Rohini West, New Delhi
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Shifts: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM & 11:30 AM 8:30 PM For Domestic Counsellor
& 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM for International Counsellor.

- Your Role: Admission Counsellor
Be the voice that inspires and guides professionals towards their educational goals while driving sales growth.
- Key Responsibilities
1) Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products/services with confidence
2) Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication
3) Conduct engaging product demos highlighting features and benefits
4) Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, maximizing revenue
5) Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
6) Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
7) Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly
8) Update CRM systems with detailed customer interactions and sales progress
