Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Counselor to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential students, guiding them through our academic offerings, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This is a voice-based, inside sales role requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and convert them into successful enrollments.

Inside Sales & Voice Process: Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on the best academic programs.

Academic Counseling: Guide students and parents about course details, career prospects, and admission processes. CRM & Follow-Ups: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads diligently.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students to enhance retention.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and student preferences to improve sales strategies.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or EdTech is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

Prior experience in an EdTech sales role is an added advantage.
