Admission Coordinator / Partnership Coordinator

Position : Admission Coordinator - 1 & Partnership Coordinator - 1

Experience: 13 years

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Work from Office)

Location: GradXs Global Education, 292, Vyalikawal HBCS Layout, 3rd Floor, Near Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Admission Coordinator:

• Counselling and converting from leads to enrolment in DBA, PhD, MBA
• Follow up and Zoom Webinars , Enquiry Handling Sessions
• Process admission applications and Portal onboarding

Partnership Coordinator:

• Expand and recruit new channel partners in India & Abroad (enrolment partners).
• Deal with Channel Partner enquiries and finalise partnership.
• Collaborate and Onboard new channel partners every month.
• Support partner inquiries and assist with student admissions through partners.
• Process partner-led student applications smoothly.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: 30,000 to 40000. per month depending on experience & skills
• Incentives: Admission Coordinator : 4500. per confirmed direct enrolment,

Partnership Coordinator: 1,000 per new channel partner appointment and 500 per

partner-sourced student admission

Immediate joining preferred.

Candidates residing near Nagawara area, Bangalore will be preferred.
