We are looking for an engineer who will be introduced in a worldwide context, working with teams geographically distributed and interacting with different departments and final users, contributing to the development of software products globally distributed. This role specializes in working with and providing technical guidance to other junior development members and collaborating with architects and other leadership team members. We look for a talented, self-motivated, and curious developer with excellent programming skills, willing to get thoroughly involved in an inclusive and open-minded teamwork in a dynamic, global, and multicultural organization with advanced processes.In our team you will be responsible for: Working with your technical leader, architect and the rest of the team to define product architecture, high-level and low-level design artefacts Contributing with creative ideas for new prototypes and innovative projects Contributing to any process improvements to optimize the SW life-cycle and maximize the team s productivity Contributing on test automation, troubleshooting and fixing product's issues discovered during the development cycles Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Implementing new product features and maintaining the existing code base for components running on many Operating Systems, including Windows, MacOS and Linux Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise or found by customers, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Work with junior team members to mentor and coach them and build a collaborative cultureWho you are:As a Senior Engineer II, you will have a track record of successful projects with demonstrated impact on their success thanks to strong technical and personal background. Our ideal candidate must be a Back-end developer, detail-oriented, able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks. As such, you must be able to identify problems before they happen, dig deep for root causes, and implement solutions that prevent future occurrences. You must have experience building and main
