Working Days: Monday Saturday (Occasional Sunday work with weekday leave)

About the Role

We are looking for a Smart Administrator Household Operations to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities across two residences in Ahmedabad (Paldi residence and Farmhouse).

This role requires a highly organized, hands-on, and people-oriented professional who can efficiently manage household staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth coordination of events, guests, and home management activities.

Preference candidates who are proactive, empathetic, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Household & Staff Management

• Manage and supervise household staff including maids, chefs, drivers, and gardeners
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across two residences (Paldi & Farmhouse)
• Maintain discipline, schedules, and coordination among staff
• Resolve operational issues proactively

Household Administration

• Manage shopping, household supplies, and inventory
• Handle bill payments and vendor coordination
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of both homes

Guest & Event Management

• Coordinate family gatherings, social events, and home functions
• Manage guest hospitality and ensure a warm and welcoming environment
• Demonstrate high empathy and professionalism when interacting with guests

Coordination & Operations

• Handle daily household planning and coordination
• Communicate effectively with family members and staff
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong people management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using basic technology and mobile applications
• Hands-on and proactive personality
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Additional Requirements

• Must know how to drive a car and two-wheeler
• Should be comfortable traveling between Paldi residence and farmhouse
• Should be extremely empathetic, polite, and respectful while interacting with guests and staff
