Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of

experience in the administrative department, with a strong understanding of office management and organizational

tasks. The Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office

supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing support to senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company

policies

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professional.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor&39s degree in Business Administration or related field

- 4-6 years of experience in an administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
