Job Role : Administrative Executive
Experience : 4-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the Mumbai store.
Manage front-desk activities, visitor handling, and customer coordination.
Maintain office files, documentation, and records efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and ensure timely procurement of office
supplies.
Maintain tracker on maintenance issues, store supplies, etc.
Manage complete inventory operations including record-keeping, stock level tracking,
timely replenishment, proper storage/labeling, daily system updates, and regular stock
audits with discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and internal teams (store manager, admin, accounts)
for smooth movement of goods and prepare inventory reports for management.
Handle travel bookings, appointments, and meeting schedules for the store team.
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Assist the Store Manager with any operational and administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage tasks independently with responsibility.
