Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be organised, reliable, and comfortable handling operational responsibilities that require both desk work and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Visit banks and vendor offices as required for documentation, submissions, and coordination
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounts documentation
• Support travel bookings, meeting scheduling, and logistics
• Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Willingness to travel locally for bank visits, vendor coordination, and official errands

Skills Required

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Time management and follow-up skills
