Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
- Attend to all administrative requirements and support different departments
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep of the workplace
- Maintain and update petty cash and basic office accounts
- Record, track, and reconcile routine expenses
- Assist in preparing basic reports and administrative MIS
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of accounting and petty cash handling
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with accounting software (optional)
