Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
  • Attend to all administrative requirements and support different departments
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep of the workplace
  • Maintain and update petty cash and basic office accounts
  • Record, track, and reconcile routine expenses
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and administrative MIS
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks when required


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and petty cash handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability


Preferred

  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with accounting software (optional)
