Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate overall floor activities to ensure smooth operations throughout the day, maintaining a high standard of readiness and efficiency.
- Manage and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of materials essential for the Chairperson's office.
- Be present before the Chairperson's arrival and stay until their departure to oversee arrangements and address any immediate requirements.
- Oversee facility readiness, including cleanliness, setup, and availability of resources to support daily operations and special events.
- Maintain flexibility with working hours, including late-night availability when needed, to accommodate the dynamic schedule of the Chairperson.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within a corporate or high-profile environment.
- Proven track record of managing logistics, facilities, and event coordination.
- Proficiency in English and Gujarati language for effective communication.
