Role Overview

BIMACC is looking for an enthusiasticAdministrative Coordinator (Fresher) who is eager to learn and grow in a professional ADR environment. The role will combineadministrative operations, program support, enhance communication footprint (content writing and social media marketing) anddrive strategic outreach initiatives to strengthen its position as a global ADR leader.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions and coordination of BIMACCs programs and events
  • Prepare and maintain records, databases, and documentation for training programs, collaborations, and events
  • Draft official correspondence, emails, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Act as a coordination point between internal teams, faculty, trainers, and institutional partners
  • Coordinate with mediators, arbitrators, legal professionals, academic headsfor program coordination and stakeholders for scheduling, communication and facilitation of ADR proceedings and events
  • Support logistics and documentation for events, trainings, conferences, and Council meetings

Program Management

  • Plan, coordinate and manage ADR training programs, workshops, certification courses, and academic initiatives
  • Develop program calendars, timelines, budgets and execution plans
  • Coordinate faculty, mediators, arbitrators, trainers, and subject-matter experts
  • Manage end-to-end program logistics including registrations, materials, attendance, and feedback
  • Monitor program outcomes and prepare post-event reports and impact summaries

Content Writing & Knowledge Communication

  • Create engaging, authoritative content for BIMACCs website, blog, newsletters, social media and press releases
  • Draft policy briefs, ADR insights, thought leadership pieces, event summaries, and educational materials
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex ADR topics into accessible and impactful content

Marketing & Outreach

  • Support BIMACCs branding and promotional strategy to increase visibility and engagement
  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, email campaigns and digital platforms
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare communication performance reports
  • Assist with outreach to legal institutions, corporate clients, industry bodies, educational institutions and global ADR networks

Strategic Support

  • Assist leadership with research, competitive benchmarking, and reports relevant to ADR practice and institutional positioning
  • Contribute to strategic planning, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • MBA or Bachelor degree (Marketing, Strategy, Operations)
  • Freshers / 1 years of experience in administrative coordination, communications, or marketing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to produce clear, professional content
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
  • Professional demeanour with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
