Our company is a financial services company dealing in Investments products like Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, Bond, FDs, Etc. We are also dealing in Insurance Products like Term Insurance, Health Insurance, Personal Accident, Home Insurance, etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing support to executives. Additional tasks include handling correspondence, preparing documents, and performing clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficient Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
