Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Bengaluru, India. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and providing clerical support. The role involves ensuring efficient office operations by handling communication, addressing inquiries, and supporting executive-level tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, records, and office tasks
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting senior leadership and managing confidential information
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
