This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, organizing and maintaining files, and preparing reports. The role also includes providing executive administrative assistance, handling correspondence, and managing incoming and outgoing communications. Strong organizational and clerical support will be required to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for clear and professional interactions
- Clerical Skills to provide organizational and document management support
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
