Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Education: Graduation in any stream from a recognized institution.

Salary Range: 25,000 per month CTC (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the organization. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven NGO while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital records, files, and internal databases.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Assist in drafting official letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely compilation and submission of project-related documents and records.

Operational Assistance:

  • Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistical support (virtual and physical).

Compliance & Policy Support:

  • Support adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist during audits, data collection, and compliance-related reporting.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
