Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the organization. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven NGO while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain organized digital records, files, and internal databases.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Assist in drafting official letters, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure timely compilation and submission of project-related documents and records.
Operational Assistance:
- Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistical support (virtual and physical).
Compliance & Policy Support:
- Support adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist during audits, data collection, and compliance-related reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
