Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
- Manage files, records, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
