Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Administrative Assistant.
Job Profile
1.liaising with travel agent, contractors, consultants, government bodies and various agencies.
2.assist in co-ordination between sales & service staff
3. maintaining records and helping in correspondence with customers & principals
4.supervise the work of other administration staff, contract staff and new joinees
5.handle daily administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and ensure smooth front-office operations. 6. managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, supporting executive-level staff with administrative tasks
7.clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management. Petty cash handling
8.Making Travel arrangements - hotel booking, air & train ticket booking, local travel vehicle arrangements
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient English & computer knowledge with Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite & expertise in e-mailing
- Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills to handle correspondence
- Proficiency with Clerical Skills including data entry, document organization, and maintaining records
- High level of attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
