This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, coordinating administrative duties, and providing key support to the team. The responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, facilitating communication, maintaining records, and assisting with customer service tasks. The Office Manager will foster an organized and efficient work environment to support team productivity.
Important: This position is specifically for freshers.

What Youll Do
Own calendar management and scheduling across teams
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
Support leadership with reports, presentations, and documentation
Keep digital files, systems, and processes clean and efficient
Manage office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination
Assist with data entry and light operational tracking
Improve workflows and suggest smarter ways of doing things
