Job Description
I am looking to hire a fresh graduate for a back-office role in a professional litigation practice.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
2. Track and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections.
3. Organize and manage filing systems, ensuring accurate filing of legal documents and case files.
4. Maintain and update databases with client, case, and billing information.
5. Drafting simple replies, adjournment letters, and basic submissions
6. Uploading forms, replies, and submissions on Income Tax & GST portals
7. Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required by the office.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
2. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Recently graduated / having experience of 1-2 years
