Job Description


       The candidate will be required to handle all Admin related activities.

       Booking of tickets, Hotel, Accommodation, Vehicle / cab..etc

       Vendor Management and payment Processing.

       Branch Visit for ensuring smooth function of respective branch if & when required.

       Releasing of Purchase Order / Work Order to vendors as per process and approval.

       Assuring availability of necessary services thru vendors for AC, Telephone, EPBAX, Drinking Water, Tea-Coffee, Courier, Stationery, Housekeeping, Security, AMC & Employee Travel Expenses etc.  

       Purchase of Company Vehicle, Renewal of Insurance & transfer & sale of vehicle as per company policy.

       Keeping records and MIS for Admin related expenses and populating the same and operating the same with regular intervals.

       Management of Glow Sign Board

       Branch Compliance - Shops & Estb License, Trade License, etc.

       Coordination with landlords for new and renewal of agreements.

       Maintaining Fixed Assets register, Asset Tagging & Asset Verification
