Job Description
• The candidate will be required to handle all Admin related activities.
• Booking of tickets, Hotel, Accommodation, Vehicle / cab..etc
• Vendor Management and payment Processing.
• Branch Visit for ensuring smooth function of respective branch if & when required.
• Releasing of Purchase Order / Work Order to vendors as per process and approval.
• Assuring availability of necessary services thru vendors for AC, Telephone, EPBAX, Drinking Water, Tea-Coffee, Courier, Stationery, Housekeeping, Security, AMC & Employee Travel Expenses etc.
• Purchase of Company Vehicle, Renewal of Insurance & transfer & sale of vehicle as per company policy.
• Keeping records and MIS for Admin related expenses and populating the same and operating the same with regular intervals.
• Management of Glow Sign Board
• Branch Compliance - Shops & Estb License, Trade License, etc.
• Coordination with landlords for new and renewal of agreements.
Maintaining Fixed Assets register, Asset Tagging & Asset Verification
