We are seeking skilled personnel who have strong working knowledge in full administration and accounts life cycle. This role requires excellent administrative skills, payroll & tax knowledge, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
In Administration Role:
Oversee general office administration , including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for financial and administrative records.
Support HR-related activities , such as employee onboarding documentation and maintaining leave records.
Handle travel arrangements for US Management .
Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained and vendor contracts are up to date.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
In Accounts Role:
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including journal entries, general ledger updates, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable , vendor payments.
Prepare GST returns , ensure timely filings, and maintain related documentation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filings , and generate Form 16/16A.
Process and record monthly payroll , including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Tax), and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and support audit requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration.
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processing .
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP and Payroll) and MS Office. Preferred candidate who has MS Navision background.
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
