Job Description

Role Summary


Supernal Ventures is looking for a motivated Admin & Operations Intern to support our fast-growing fintech and proprietary trading operations. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how financial markets, workflow automation, risk management, and compliance operate behind the scenes in a real trading and brokerage environment.


You will assist with essential operational tasks, work closely with leadership and the trading desk, and gain exposure to industry-grade processes. Success in this role means being proactive, organized, and eager to build a strong foundation in finance and operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Operational Support
  • Assist in daily coordination between trading, RMS, back-office, and leadership teams.
  • Update operational trackers, logs, and dashboards as per internal SOPs.
  • Document & Compliance Assistance
  • Help maintain accurate filing of brokerage documentation, agreements, KYC records, and approvals.
  • Ensure proper versioning and audit-readiness of internal operational files.
  • Administrative Coordination
  • Support office and vendor management tasks, asset tracking, and procurement assistance.
  • Maintain confidential information in an organized and secure manner.
  • HR & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain employee/trader records, and assist in onboarding processes.
  • Track compliance training and documentation submissions.
  • Research and Improvement Initiatives
  • Support creation of operations guides, process SOPs, and checklists to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct research on fintech tools, market processes, or best practices when assigned.


What You Will Learn

Qualifications


  • Pursuing Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Interest in stock markets, brokerage operations, or fintech is highly desirable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn


Internship Details


  • Location: Surat (on-site)
  • Duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on performance)
  • Type: Unpaid
  • Opportunity for Full-Time: Strong performers may be offered a full-time role
