Job Description
Oversee daily administrative operations related to inventory, dispatch, inbound/outbound shipments, and warehouse staff records.

Manage and maintain accurate documentation for receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.

Ensure timely data entry and updates in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or inventory control platforms.

Prepare and analyze operational reports, including inventory status, shipment logs, and performance metrics.

Handle warehouse-related billing, vendor coordination, and purchase order processing.

Maintain personnel records, attendance logs, and coordinate with HR for staff scheduling, leave, and payroll inputs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, audit requirements, and company SOPs.

Support coordination with logistics, procurement, finance, and customer service teams.

Train and supervise warehouse administrative staff and ensure workload distribution.

Handle filing, archiving, and retrieval of all essential warehouse documents and records.
