Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain records, files, and official documentation

* Coordinate with faculty, staff, and management for smooth operations

* Oversee housekeeping, security, and office support staff

* Handle vendor coordination and basic procurement

* Support HR activities like attendance, leave records, and onboarding

* Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and administrative compliance

* Supervise housekeeping and facility staff

* Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

* Track asset inventory and maintenance schedules



Skills Required:


* Vendor coordination and follow-up skills

* Good communication (English & Bengali preferred)

* Good communication and reporting

* Ability to multitask and handle pressure

* Problem-solving mindset and quick response capability
