Position Title: Admin & H.R. Executive

Base Location: Gandhinagar- Sector 25

Note- Candidates from Gandhinagar or near by location will be given first preference

Experience: 24 years

Preferred Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate/masters degree

About the Role

The Admin & HR Executive Plant, is responsible for handling human resources and administrative functions at the plant location. This role ensures smooth workforce operations, Co-ordination for statutory compliance, Grievance handling for blue collar staff, Facility Management, and efficient plant administration in line with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain on rolls & off Rolls Blue collar employee records, attendance, shift rosters, and leave management & Send Monthly attendance report at H.O. on monthly basis.
2. Co-ordinate for implementation of statutory requirements as per Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, PF, ESI, and others.
3. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and shop-floor issues.
4. Manage day-to-day plant administration operations.
5. Oversee housekeeping, canteen, security, transportation, and facility services.
6. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
7. Manage plant documentation, statutory registers, and audit support.
8. Handle procurement and inventory of office and plant consumables.
9. Organize meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
10. Ensure weekly visit at companys other plants & warehouse.
