Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin & HR Executive located in New Delhi. The Admin & HR Executive will independently manage day-to-day HR operations, support the implementation of HR policies, handle employee relations, recruitment and execute tasks related to HR management. The role also involves general administrative support, coordination, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.


Location: C-74, Sec-5, Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi

Experience: 25 years preferred

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

Industry: Industrial Safety Manufacturing


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle petty cash, office supplies, maintenance & facility services.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, interviews, and events.
  • Support in budgeting, payroll processing & expense management.
  • Plan office events: orientations, training sessions, festivals, birthdays, etc.
  • Handle recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups till joining.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation/increment letters.
  • Maintain employee files, HR databases, salary files, memos, and all documentation.
  • Process EPF/ESIC, F&F settlements, and onboarding formalities.
  • Track team performance and assist management in daily operations.
  • Oversee special projects and ensure smooth organisational workflows.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication (spoken & written)
  • Excellent organisational & multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel must)
  • Knowledge of HR & admin procedures, statutory compliances (PF/ESIC)
  • Ability to manage people, solve problems, and maintain a positive work culture
  • Should be patient, diplomatic, approachable & a team player
  • Experience in developing structured HR/Admin systems is a plus
