Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the schools administrative and operational functions. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day administration, effective inter-departmental coordination, and adherence to institutional policies and statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound operational judgment, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
  • Supervise campus facilities including maintenance, housekeeping, security, dining services, and transport operations.
  • Lead and manage administrative staff, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and service standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including contract management and procurement processes.
  • Support planning and execution of institutional events and operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements, including maintenance of records and audit preparedness.
  • Facilitate effective communication between academic, administrative, and management teams.
  • Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and operational plans for review by senior management.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all administrative processes.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, facilities oversight, or large-scale operations.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant administrative or management systems.
