Job Description

Job Title: Admin cum Accounts Executive (Basic)


Location: Andheri Work from Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

CTC: 20,000 per month


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:

  • Assist the current admin team in day-to-day activities
  • Maintain records and files
  • Handle basic office documentation


Basic Accounts Work:

  • Data entry in Tally / MS Excel
  • Recording daily expenses and invoices
  • Assisting in vendor payments
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Supporting bank reconciliation
  • Filing and maintaining accounts documents
  • Coordinating with CA when required


Requirements:

  • B.Com / Commerce background preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness to work from office (Andheri)
