Admin Coordinator Aviation Data Management
Location: Gurugram
The Admin Coordinator (Data Management) plays a critical role in supporting aviation operations by ensuring accurate documentation, efficient data handling, and smooth administrative processes. This position is responsible for maintaining operational records, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain and update aviation records including staff training records, OJT logs and compliance reports.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data across digital and physical systems.
- Prepare and manage databases for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate communication between departments such as operations, maintenance, and customer service.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence.
- Audit support
- Compliance & Reporting
- Support compliance with aviation authority.
- Generate periodic reports for management on operational efficiency, safety, and data accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive aviation data.
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in data management processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement digital tools and systems to streamline administrative workflows.
- Support initiatives for paperless documentation and automation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, PREFERABLLY aviation software systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data handling.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and documentation requirements.
