Hiring: Admin Assistant (The Backbone of Our Daily Hustle!)
Were looking for someone who genuinely enjoys organising things. The position is essentially for someone who would become a helping hand to our founder, Utsav Kamboj.
All the responsibilities & list of requirements are listed below however the most important thing we really value is street-smart thinking, initiative, and real passion.
Role: Admin Assistant
Full-time | Hybrid ( 3 day office in week)
Your responsibilities :
- Keep schedules, calendars, and reminders tight and on point
- Coordinate meetings, calls, follow-ups nothing slips
- Organize documents, emails, and workflows like a pro
- Support content, brand, and project tasks when needed
- Keep things moving smoothly with smart decisions and quick action
- Support in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and weekly summaries.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations.
- Be the go-to for day-to-day support and operational efficiency
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Loves structure, planning, and staying ahead.
- Has strong experience with MS Office, Google Suite, email tools.
- Learns fast and handles situations with grace.
- Minimum 1 year experience in admin or operations role.
- Familiarity with interior design/creative industry is a plus but not required.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments.
- Minimum Bachelors qualification in any field.
