Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Admin and HR Assistant. The Admin and HR Assistant will provide support with daily administrative and human resource tasks, including managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, handling benefits administration, and utilizing HRIS tools. The role also involves fostering an efficient workplace environment and assisting in recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Strong skills in Training and employee development initiatives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in administrative or HR roles is preferred
