Position Summary
The Admin and Facilities Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day soft services and transport operations to ensure smooth facility management and employee support services.
The role requires strong coordination, operational oversight and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Soft Services Management
Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, cafeteria and security operations.
Monitor and address employee complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and workplace safety regulations.
Oversee daily cleaning activities and ensure adherence to established SOPs.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain service standards.
Support laptop dispatch activities and assist in event coordination.
Transport & Fleet Management
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of transport routing and operational processes.
Plan and optimize transportation routes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Coordinate trip scheduling and transportation logistics.
Manage fleet utilization to ensure optimal vehicle deployment.
Utilize and monitor GPS tracking systems for transport operations.
Track and resolve transport-related complaints promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
Experience
35 years of experience in Soft Services and Transport Management.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Strong vendor management and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Attributes
High level of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
