Salary: 25,000 Fixed per month

Key Responsibilities


Accounts Management

Maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho Books

GST filing coordination (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation)

Sales & purchase invoice management

Vendor payment scheduling & tracking

Expense tracking & cost sheet preparation

Bank reconciliation & ledger management

Assist in finalization with CA


Administrative Work

Handling office documentation & compliance

Managing import documentation (if required)

Coordinating with courier partners (FedEx, Blue Dart etc.)

Maintaining employee records & salary processing support

CRM coordination for billing & payment follow-ups

Maintaining stock inward/outward records



Required Skills

Basic knowledge of GST & Indian taxation

Experience in Zoho Books / Tally / Accounting software

Strong Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot, Basic Reporting)

Good communication & coordination skills

Organized & detail-oriented



Preferred Candidate

Experience in trading/import-based company

Knowledge of IGST, CGST, SGST adjustments

Understanding of inventory accounting
