Job Description | Credila is looking for an Administration and Facility Manager who will manage our office facilities PAN India. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the health and safety of our team members and compliance with all applicable rules and laws. The incumbent will provide technical leadership to develop project framework, plans and indicators to capture performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of grants made by the Company, and measure the quality of performance by its implementing partners across chosen sectors. The role holder shall be accountable for outputs and outcomes of partner organizations. | ||
Key roles and responsibilities
| ü Responsible for managing the corporate office and other branch offices Pan India ü Involved in expansion plans, right from sourcing the properties as per standards, both rental and out-right, rate negotiations, legal wetting of property documents, Property registrations, etc ü Integrate administrative functions at head office and branches by close coordination & monitoring of all sites. ü Design & update Workforce Contingency Plans for Corporate Office and Branches ü Ensure the safety & security of all employees working in Corporate Office and Branches ü Prompt response for employee's well-being in case of any accident/event at the Corporate Office and Branches ü Collaborate with HR & CSR team to facilitate CSR and employee engagement initiatives ü Maintain records of all Insurance Policies - claims, renewal, as applicable to all Corporate Office and Branches Project ü To ensure office registration of licenses, certificates & renewal whereas applicable ü Liaison with various government officials, labor dept, civil dept., traffic dept., police station, etc. and ensure that related issues are settled amicably. ü Liaison with Housekeeping and Security Agencies for appointing janitorial and security staff at Corporate Office and Branches, as per need.
