We are seeking an experienced ADAS Technical Project Lead to manage and deliver ADAS L2/L2+ perception algorithms for Parking and Driving functions. The role involves technical leadership, project planning, cross-functional coordination, and customer interaction, ensuring embedded software projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor software teams in developing ADAS perception algorithms for Parking and Driving functions
• Maintain project plans, resource forecasts, and detailed schedules; track progress against milestones and budgets
• Ensure adherence to software development processes (Automotive SPICE familiarity is a plus)
• Assign tasks and manage daily SW team activities; align external deliveries to integration tasks
• Represent the software team in customer discussions and status reporting
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware, testing, and other function owners across multiple time zones
• Identify resource requirements, equipment, and investment needs for project delivery
• Provide weekly updates on project progress, risks, and resource utilization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering field
• Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related domain preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive embedded software development
• Minimum 5 years in software project management, methodologies, and delivery

Essential Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Technical expertise in ADAS perception algorithms for Parking & Driving functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects across multiple time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Strong planning, execution, and process enforcement skills
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (preferred)
