Job Description
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
• Looking for ADABAS NATURAL who should be an experienced coder in Natural/ADABAS and JCL.
• Experience on the development project.
• At least 3 years of experience programming in a Natural/ADABAS development environment.
Good-to-Have
• Experience in working on Natural/ONE(IDE) environment.
• SAFe Agilist® - Experience in dealing with Agile projects.
Good Delivery experience in Agile process and developing code and related artefacts.
Experienced in working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
Providing consultancy to designers.
Signing-off functional and technical specifications
should be able to demonstrate that s/he has hands on experience in building UI leveraging these technologies.
Efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Write high-performance, reusable code for online components
Experience with testing frameworks
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Good logical and analytical skills & Strong communication skills.
