Ad Operations Specialist – E-Commerce Marketplaces

Were looking for a Junior Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimise paid ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto & more.

What youll do:

• Assist in setting up & managing Sponsored/Search/Display campaigns
• Monitor daily performance, budgets & pacing
• Run keyword research, bid optimisation, CPC & campaign hygiene
• Coordinate with internal teams for ASIN/SKU readiness & inventory checks
• Generate weekly reports & share insights
• Support A/B tests for creatives & keywords

What were looking for:

• 13 years in digital marketing (Amazon/Flipkart Ads mandatory)
• Strong Excel Sheets skills
• Analytical mindset & attention to detail
• Eager to learn e-commerce ad platforms
