PRIMARY LOCATION: - Mumbai

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a meticulous and technically inclined Ad Operations Executive with 13 years of hands-on experience in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) reading and reporting, DV360 reading and reporting, Media campaign execution, publisher coordination serving. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and managing digital campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and providing support for seamless campaign delivery.

REPORTING: Manager, Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 13 years of experience in Ad Operations, preferably within a digital media agency or publisher.
• Working knowledge of CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) platform.
• Basic understanding of META, Google ads, CM360, DV360, IAS tool Similarweb, com score
• Day to day reporting from - META, Google ads, CM360, DV360, IAS tool
• Day to day RO and Estimate task in our Havas Finance system.
• Strong publisher coordination and execution.
• Strong excel reporting and shortcut formulas.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Team player, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in performance and programmatic media planning would be an advantage
