Job Description

You will be spearheading the monetization strategy for our growing portfolio of casual and hypercasual games, focusing on maximizing In-App Advertising (IAA) and In-App Purchase (IAP) revenue. We look for people who are naturally inclined to dig into the numbers and are looking to grow alongside a fast-paced product.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience executing monetization strategies specifically for hypercasual and casual mobile games.
  • Deep expertise with ad mediation platforms (e.g., AppLovin MAX, IronSource, AdMob) and managing complex ad waterfalls and in-app bidding.
  • Excellent data analysis, interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills to be able to present campaign results effectively to product and leadership teams.
  • A logical thinker with a high level of drive, initiative & self-motivation, and can meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with analyzing spreadsheets and digital analytics tools specific to gaming, such as Firebase, GameAnalytics, or AppsFlyer.
  • Passionate about marketing and transforming advertisers bottom-line results, while ensuring a balanced and engaging player experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily account management of our ad mediation platforms, optimizing waterfalls and bidding networks to maximize eCPM and ARPDAU across global markets.
  • Consistently conduct creative and targeting experiments to optimize campaigns for profitability. This includes rigorously A/B testing ad placements, pacing, and formats (Rewarded Video, Interstitials, App Open).
  • Analyze and configure core game metrics (LTV, Retention, Cohort analysis) to ensure our aggressive monetization strategies do not cannibalize the overall user experience.
  • Collate market insights about advertiser goals and industry trends into actionable campaign strategies, staying ahead of the curve on new ad tech innovations and privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate tightly with the game design and development teams to seamlessly integrate monetization touchpoints directly into the core game loop of future titles.
