Role Overview:

The member joining this position will work as an experienced (Executive/TL) and be part of a team of (HYD). The Technical Field Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing designated grid customers. This role focuses on achieving sales targets Generation and commercial issues, building strong customer relationships, and acting as a key liaison between customers and the companys support divisions.

Organisation Structure: Reporting to RM


Purpose of the Role:

The Technical Field Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing designated grid customers. This role involves achieving sales targets, Generation and commercial issues, building strong customer relationships, and acting as a key liaison between customers and the companys support divisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To handle given grid customers with complete ownership.

Sales target to achieve for grid customers.

ISDBs & SSDBs to be done for grid customers.

Fully involved for their service & commercial issues for further resolution.

Resolution of overdue payments of the grid customers.

Coordinate with HO support divisions and provide appropriate services in

terms of offer submission, order processing, commercial & service related issues. Extensive traveling to visit all the grid customers per Quarter.

Update Call schedules, call reports in the system.

Review offers base on a continuous basis & provide months Fresh & Booking order projections.

Coordinate with Branch admin & HO support functions for order booking & Payment collection.

One seminar at Grid customer area per year.

Presentations at grid customers place every quarter.

Emailers for the new application & products to Grid customers.

Attend min one training for updating his/her profile & competencies.

Qualification and Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4-9 yrs in the field of Instrumentation products, Product Engineering

Qualification: B.E Instrumentation / Electronics/ Mechanical

Key Skills: Knowledge of flow meters, control valve , water analyzers , vibration analyzers and level transmitters for monitoring and control., etc steam products are added advantages.
