Job Title: Activity Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Activity Specialist to design, coordinate, and conduct engaging activities for school-aged students. The ideal candidate should be passionate about student engagement, confident in public speaking, and comfortable managing events and interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct innovative and engaging activities for school-aged students
• Assist in planning and developing structured activity modules
• Coordinate, host, and manage school events and activity sessions
• Confidently handle public addressing and student engagement
• Procure required materials and resources for the smooth execution of activities
• Ensure active participation and engagement during sessions
• Travel within Delhi NCR (including early hours, if required) for school programs and events

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed or leading college
• Strong academic background with good grades
• Active participation in college societies (e.g. Theatre, Music, Art, etc.)(mandatory)

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Event coordination and hosting experience
• Comfortable working with school-aged students
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to manage materials and logistics efficiently
• Energetic, proactive, and self-driven

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in conducting workshops, activities, or school programs
• Experience in handling student groups and interactive sessions

Salary: 4 - 5 LPA
