Job Role: NRI Customer Acquisition Executive

Company: Kotak Mahindra Bank

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time (Roster-based)

Shift: Rotational shifts including night shifts

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 1 month notice period


Job Summary:

The NRI Customer Acquisition Executive will be responsible for acquiring new NRI customers, promoting banking products, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the banks New to Bank (NTB) growth through targeted acquisition efforts.


Key Responsibilities:-

1. Customer Acquisition

  • Acquire NRI customers through targeted campaigns and relationship-building activities.
  • Achieve customer acquisition targets and contribute to overall NTB (New to Bank) performance.

2. Product Promotion and Funding

  • Promote initial account funding and relevant banking products to NRI clients.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

3. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NRI customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

4. Customer Support

  • Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with onboarding and guide them through banking processes.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or customer acquisition will be preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Good understanding of banking regulations and KYC norms.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and digital banking platforms.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally.

Compensation:

  • Experienced Candidates: Up to 4.0 LPA to 5 LPA, based on interview performance.
